All participants over the age of 18 must sign a liability waiver, parents must sign for minors. (if parent is not on the trip, we can email, but must have the original- or have a guardian present sign) All outfitters have insurance, but they do require a credit card imprint or pre-authorization for damage deposits. Kids 9 & under ride for free! Tours are booked based on availability and go rain, snow, & shine. Tours are rarely cancelled due to weather - the snow is part of the fun! You will be contacted if your tour is cancelled for any reason and will be given the opportunity to reschedule. |
